Before there was Youtube, I was already making home videos of myself. HAHA! I'm not vain, I promise, but as part of a throwback and an encouragement, I need to be reminded that ten years did a lot of damage to me physically. You just never think that someday there's going to be another 60 lb heavier version of yourself out there, ya know? These are some photos that I screenshot from a video I made to serve as a reminder of where my weightloss journey is going to take me. Yall! I have a neck and my smile exudes nothing short of happiness and confidence. I'll get back there this year! One baby step at a time.
