Week #2

Rough.

Life can get pretty rough sometimes. You have your ups where you feel like you can almost touch the sky because it seems you're just floating on air to everlasting happiness. Then, there's the down where you can't even imagine how much more down you can go. Well, I conclude that weight-loss is a lot like life. It's pretty darn hard! :/ but I am also going to say that weight-loss is a life style change that needs to happen daily in order for the results to thrive. I hate to report that I did not thrive in week 2. Not a single bit! In fact, I gained .3 lb by the end of the 2nd week :( I was so bummed. This is the end of phase 1 for the DASH diet, but Jamy and I decided that we are going to keep going for as long as we can with bare minimal cheat days. This is also the last day for our challenge for month one. Looks like I am chauffeuring Jamy around for the next month! Officially, I've lossed 4.1 lbs since this morning. Jamy lossed 8.4 lbs. Below is our calendar where we religiously weighed ourselves every morning! My goal for the next weigh-in is to lose 7 lbs. :) I CAN DO THIS!
