Seven Years ;)

I'm thankful for God's grace in our marriage! We couldn't have made it this far without His grace and His love. Lord, everything we are we owe to You. This day seven years ago we tied the knot to the never-ending "I Do's". Even after all these years, Sweetie, you are still the one I love. Thank you for choosing me and loving me with your every single breath! We can finally say that we are so over the 7 year itch! That's worth celebrating, right? Happy 7th Anniversary, Sweetheart. I love you more than you can imagine.

For this year's celebration, Jamy took me to an Italian place in downtown Lawrenceville called "Dominque's". It was wonderful. It was everything I dreamed of except I wish we were not as tired and were a bit more dressier. Nonetheless, we made the best of it. This is definitely a good place for a first date. It was a quiet Monday evening here and it was our waiter, John's first night on the job too. He was great! Very attentive to our needs. There was a guy at he bar, a couple behind us who looked like they were finishing up when we were seated. My husband and I chatted away like it's our first date. We talked about the things we've accomplished in the last seven years and what we hope to accomplish in the next seven years to come. The food was delicious as well! what a romantic evening this was. It was everything I hoped for in a celebration. Sweet, simple, and romantic. However, this wasn't the best part of today. The best part was this morning when I heard a beep. Still trying shake myself awake, I reached over to the night stand and grabbed my phone. Struggling to open my eyes and focus, the text read:

"...you are the best thing that ever came into my life. Happy anniversary. I love you."

 My heart melted. I'm such a girl. Here's to the next seven years and many more.
